If there’s one thing I hope people take away from this conversation…
it’s awareness.
Awareness of the role the subconscious is playing in your life every single day.
Because most people are unconsciously repeating patterns without realizing what’s actually driving them.
The same emotions.
The same reactions.
The same fears.
The same self-sabotage.
The same relationship dynamics.
And usually, underneath those patterns is a subconscious belief or identity program.
“I’m not good enough.”
“I’m unsafe.”
“I’m not worthy.”
“I’m a failure.”
The emotions are the clue.
So instead of only reacting to the emotion,
start asking:
“What belief is creating this?”
“What story am I unconsciously running?”
Because awareness is the first step.
But awareness alone usually doesn’t create lasting change.
If the subconscious programming underneath it isn’t addressed,
the pattern tends to persist—
and often becomes even stronger over time through repetition.
That’s why real transformation happens at the subconscious level.
Once the underlying programming changes,
everything built on top of it starts changing too. ✨️
