Full moon breathwork and vision board session Friday 1/6 6pm!
We will begin some time outside under the full moon by the water to soak up the full moon's energy. Next is a powerful 30 minute breathwork session in the studio. We'll conclude by creating our own personal vision board to channel all that energy toward becoming real.
We will provide posterboard, and gluesticks and other random art supplies. Bring your own scissors, magazines or printed images, and any other supplies you'd like.
Our last full moon session had such great energy. Everyone who came felt empowered and renewed.
