We never look at one wrinkle in isolation.

Skin ages in layers. Muscle movement, collagen loss, pigment, skin laxity, hydration, volume shifts, and overall skin quality are all happening at the same time.

That’s why our approach is always comprehensive. Instead of chasing one line or one area, we step back and look at the face as a whole. What’s causing the concern? What layer of the skin is involved? What will actually age well over time?

This patient came in bothered by sunspots, uneven tone, fine lines, and that overall “dull” look to the skin. Nothing dramatic on its own, but all of it together was aging the face.

MOXI was a really good fit here because it treats all of those things at once. Texture looks smoother, pigment is softer, fine lines are less noticeable, and the skin just reflects light better overall.

And honestly, this is the part people skip. Once the skin starts looking healthier, everything else looks better too. Makeup sits better. Injectables look better. The whole face looks fresher.

Now the goal is maintaining that skin quality and continuing to support collagen over time.

She still looks completely like herself, just more supported, balanced, and refreshed. Some areas have naturally started to show signs of aging again over the years, which is expected, but the overall structure and softness from previous treatment are still there.

Using Sculptra and strategic filler placement, the goal was never to overfill or change her face. It was to restore support gradually and maintain results that continue to look natural years later.

This is also why maintenance does not always mean doing the same amount every time. Once a strong foundation is built, treatment becomes about subtle support over time, not starting over.

This patient is 61 and already has beautiful skin. The goal here isn’t to change her, it’s to support what’s already there.

Her main concern was skin laxity, especially through the upper face and under eyes. One of the first areas we look at is the temples. By restoring volume there, we can subtly support the brows and create a more lifted, balanced look without overfilling.

For the under eyes, we’re thinking EZ Gel to improve both volume and discoloration. It’s a softer, regenerative approach that helps refine the area without looking heavy.
