When I stopped treating weight loss like a second full-time job on top of my 9-5, that’s when it finally started working.

Bc trying to track macros, hit 10k steps, meal prep every meal, avoid “bad” foods, and be perfectly disciplined after a full corporate workday?

That s**t is exhausting 🫠

For corporate girlys, tracking macros becomes one more thing to manage... .. one more thing to do “right” .. one more thing to feel behind on.. one more reason to think you failed when you didn’t follow the plan perfectly

In the world of weight loss, macros is the math problem to success – but not when you’re a corporate girly juggling 100 other things on your to do list, and running on E 😅🪫

When I worked corporate, I felt like every day I had 100 things on my to do list, and only got through 2.

So yeah ofc when I tried to track macros, it only stuck for 2 days

When you juggle:
👉🏼 back-to-back calls
👉🏼 weekly fire drills
👉🏼 5-9 pulling your attention in 3 different directions
👉🏼 45 min commute
👉🏼 decisions for dinner
👉🏼 workouts
👉🏼 a literal life outside weight loss and your 9-5

Your brain is fried – so why try to force something when there’s a better way?

It’s easy to feel like you need to try harder when you’re not seeing results like you would at your job.

But when it comes to weight loss, its totally okay to make it easy for yourself bc that when you not only lose the weight, but keep it off 😌

You work hard at your corporate job, but you’re struggling to see your hard work in your weight loss pay off...
