Are you compassionate, patient, and passionate about making a difference in someone’s life? We’re looking for a dedicated 1-on-1 Facilitator to support developmentally disabled adults in reaching their personal goals and living fulfilling, independent lives.
💙 Position Highlights:
• Provide individualized support in daily living and community activities
• Encourage skill development and independence
• Build meaningful, supportive relationships
• Make a direct and lasting impact every day
• $20-$23/h depending on experience
• 401k plan with a 3% employer contribution
✅ Qualifications:
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred (but not required – we will train the right person!)
• Reliable, responsible, and patient
• Strong communication skills
• Clean criminal background
