We’re thrilled to announce this annual competition that brings together students from various schools of naturopathic medicine. It’s a fantastic opportunity to build relationships, share knowledge, and get the public involved in our medicine! We encourage ALL students to participate, regardless of their degree program or NMSA affiliation. Join us for a volunteer day at Garden 31 in Vista—a local nonprofit using regenerative farming to support food justice, community health, and real change across San Diego County.

We’ll be planting, harvesting, composting, and getting our hands dirty (no experience needed!) while taking a much-needed break from exams, screens, and deadlines. Come recharge outdoors, learn sustainable skills, connect with fellow students, and support an organization doing powerful, justice-centered work.
