Puff meaning clogged , elevated like a pillow.
Healthy armpits are pits never puffed… puffed mean clogged , stagnant, not functional.
The lymph nodes located in the armpits are responsible to collect toxins from our brain, face, neck , chest area and a part of the abdomen as well.

Bra lines … so uncomfortable 🥴. We obstruct our lymphatic flow everyday , all day . This is “ normal “ , the lymphatic crystals around bra lines is also “ normal”
