Slow moments ... In this world where things are always moving ... where still images are replaced with fast moving video ... where we have to keep doing more and more ... how about a little less ... a little more just being ....

A cup of tea, a single flower in a small vase, a step outside to take a breath of fresh air ... Anyone feeling this?

Pause and make a pot of tea ~
Our shop is open Monday-Saturday from 10-5, inside of Coastal Sage Gardening

This herb tea mandala was something I made a while back, from dried organic herbs (Rose Buds and Petals, Lavender, Chamomile) and fresh Rose Geranium leaves from my garden. I love preparing tea that is visually beautiful and calmingly aromatic!

Perhaps it's time to resume my tea mandala art project again ...
