💫The Arch & Curl can be explored in more than one way.

One version breaks the movement into smaller parts with an exhale at each phase, helping develop awareness, control, and coordination.

The other uses one continuous inhale and one continuous exhale, allowing the body to move more fluidly and rhythmically.

Neither is better. Each teaches your nervous system something different. 🍃

So grateful to for helping me rediscover the wonder of the human form and its reflection in nature. The more I learn, the more I see the same branching, flowing, interconnected patterns everywhere I go. Trees, rivers, fascia, nerves… all speaking a similar language of connection, support, and adaptation. It’s changed the way I look at both the body and the world around me.

Never stop learning ✨

One of the things I love most about this work is that there is always more to discover about the body, healing, and how everything connects. The more I learn, the more I can show up for my clients in a deeper, more intentional way.

Lately I’ve been diving into the MELT Method and I’m honestly loving every minute of it. Exploring fascia, hydration, and the subtle ways we can support the nervous system feels so aligned with the way I already work.

Growth doesn’t have to be loud or complicated. Sometimes it looks like slowing down, studying, feeling, and staying curious.
