I believe in slowing down, listening deeply, and supporting your body’s natural ability to heal through intentional touch. I specialize in deep tissue and enjoy working with clients to alleviate chronic or acute pain, perform CBD massage and offer prenatal for the Mom's to be! I graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy with a 4.0 GPA, honor roll, perfect attendance and the high five award. M

y studies there included Reflexology, Swedish, Sports, Hydrotherapy, Russian Sports, Accupressure, Shiatzu, Structural Integration, Cranial Sacral Therapy and Trigger Point Rehabilitation. I completed my national and federation massage certification and hold my California massage certification. I have complete courses in Cupping, Quasha, Prenatal, Hot Stone and continue my education to better treat my clients needs. I now reside in San Diego, CA practicing massage in my office located in Mission Valley.
