A 20 min must watch about the powerful effects of eating a whole food plant based diet and the harmful effects of eating too much animal protein.

Things like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension, and asthma can be prevented or reversed with nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Always consult with your doctor regarding changes to your health plan.

If you’ve ever wondered how much power your food really has… this book will change the way you see food forever.

How Not to Die breaks down the top causes of death—like heart disease, cancer, and diabetes—and shows how simple, plant-based foods can help prevent, slow, and even reverse them.

Dr. Greger’s work through is completely nonprofit and donation-funded. He doesn’t accept money from industry, products, or sponsors—which helps keep the information unbiased and rooted in science.

📚 If you’re looking for evidence-based guidance that actually empowers you… this is a must-read.

“Cyanocobalamin is the preferred supplemental form of vitamin B 12 as there is insufficient evidence to support the efficacy of the other forms like methylcobalamin.” -Michael Greger MD, How Not to Die.

2 teaspoons, three times a day, of vitamin B 12 from fortified nutritional yeast, would also suffice.

Rosemary
Fresh Garlic
Salt & pepper

According to the World Health Organization, all of these are proven to cause cancer in humans.

🛠️ Asbestos. 🍷 Alcohol. 🥓 Processed meat. 🚬 Smoking.

They look different, but all four are officially classified by the World Health Organization (IARC) as Group 1 carcinogens — meaning they’re proven to cause cancer in humans.

This doesn’t mean each one is equally dangerous, but it does mean each carries a proven risk.

🌱 Swap processed meats for plant-based foods.

🚭 Avoid to***co & asbestos
🍷 Moderate alcohol
😷 Minimize toxin exposure

These are all evidence-based ways to lower your cancer risk — backed by science. 💚
