New Study On The Harmful Effects Of PFAS Chemicals!
A study in Minnesota reported a cause-and-effect link between high levels of PFAS chemicals in drinking water and reproductive harms like infertility, premature birth and low birth weight in newborn babies.
PFAS are also linked to suppressed immune function, reduced vaccine effectiveness and elevated risk of cancer. Companies knew as early as the 1950s that these substances build up in the bloodstream and have known since the 1960s that PFAS can harm health.
Yet they continued to produce these harmful substances. Now PFAS can be found in the blood of more than 99% of Americans and contaminate the drinking water of more than 200 million Americans!
