We all need to have a safe space to talk and feel heard. Brain injury recovery affects more than just the survivor. Family, friends and caregivers need help navigating frustrations, issues, questions and general mental health too!

If you are a family member, friend or caregiver of a brain injury survivor, SDBIF is hosting a support group THIS FRIDAY from 2-3:30 PST via Zoom that is a safe space to connect, share experiences, exchange helpful tips, and find encouragement from others who understand. You just have to sign up!

On Thursday, August 27th, 2026 from 2- 4 p.m. at Liberty Station, 2730 Historic Decatur Rd, Suite 204, San Diego, CA, 92106 San Diego Brain Injury Foundation is hosting an educational workshop.

You'll get 1-on-1 assistance with learning how to navigate Google Calendar: Setup, App Navigation, Event/ Appointment Creation, Adding a Location, ANNNNDDD Setting Up Reminder Notifications (💡the most beneficial tool if you're a little forgetful).

You will be taught how to add multiple calendars to your google calendar for times when you need to differentiate your schedule from your others.
