Our feet are the foundation for how we move. When we build strength, control, and better toe splay, we create a stronger base for balance, stability, and long term foot health.

Small daily habits add up. Take care of your feet and they’ll take care of you. 💪

Your feet are your foundation.

If your toes are constantly cramped, your balance, stability, and movement can suffer. Restoring toe splay with simple tools like toe spacers and wide toe box shoes can help your feet move the way they were designed to.

Small change. Big difference.

With so many muscles and joints, our feet need training just like the rest of the body.

Barefoot training can help strengthen the feet, improve stability, and create a stronger base for better movement, force production, and overall performance.

Strong feet = stronger training.

Massive congratulations to Landry Shamet on becoming a 2026 NBA champion‼️ We were lucky enough to work with him back in 2021, and what’s stuck with us since then is how seriously he takes the recovery side of the game.

An NBA season puts an incredible amount of strain on the feet, and the players who take care of that part of their bodies are often the ones who stay healthy and ready when it counts most.

It’s been so amazing to watch his journey and we are over the moon for him. Congrats!!! Landry Shamet so well deserved 🏆

Better balance starts from the ground up.

Toe spacers help encourage better toe splay, giving your feet more room to find a strong tripod position through the big toe, little toe, and heel.

When your toes can actually spread and grip the ground, your feet have a better chance to support you during balance, strength, and mobility work.

Try these 3 drills wearing your toe spacers and see how much more connected your feet feel.
Save this for your next session.

Your feet, calves, and Achilles take thousands of steps every day.

For years, one of the most common questions we’ve received is:

“Can I use my Rock Mat on the rest of my body?”
“Can I lay on it?”

The sensory stimulation of the Rock Mat has helped thousands of people wake up tired feet, improve circulation, and relieve tension. But we kept wondering... What if we could take that same feeling and make it work elsewhere on the body?

So we went back to the drawing board. We combined the sensory stimulation of the Rock Mat, the targeted pressure of the EI8HTBALL, and the vibrational benefits of our Ripple Ball into one portable recovery tool.

And the result might be our favourite recovery tool yet.
Launching tomorrow June 9 😱

When most people think of flat feet, they assume it’s purely a structural issue.

But for many people, the bigger issue is that their foot has lost the ability to move between pronation and supination.

👉Pronation isn’t bad. It’s how your foot absorbs force and adapts to the ground.

👉Supination isn’t bad either. It’s how your foot creates stability and becomes a rigid lever for push-off.

‼️The problem is when the foot gets stuck in one position and loses the ability to transition between the two.

This drill teaches the foot to move through both ends of the spectrum. As the knee bends, the arch lowers and the foot pronates. As you straighten the leg, the arch lifts and the foot supinates.

Think of it as strength training for one of the most overlooked movements in the foot.

Will this magically change every flat foot? No. But if your arch has become weak, stiff, or less responsive over time, restoring this movement can help your foot become more adaptable, resilient, and capable.

Most modern shoes compress your toes, elevate your heel, and limit how your feet naturally move. Over time, your feet lose strength and function because they’ve never been given the space to work the way they were designed to. 👣

The fix starts with creating space. Toe spacers can help restore natural alignment, improve foot awareness, and undo years of compression. Once your feet can move properly again, you can rebuild real strength, balance, and control through movement and consistency.
