Twice a month I prepare cacao by hand before we sit together in ceremony.

I know this might sound like something you have to already believe in for it to work.

Maybe you're just looking for one evening where your mind actually quiets down. Maybe you've tried the yoga class, the long walk, the weekend away, and you felt better for a day before the weight of everything came back. Busy on the outside, restless on the inside. Functioning fine and somehow still not okay.

When you step into the room, the cacao is warm. The breathing slows down. And something that's been clenched for a while starts to loosen.

But you also leave with something. Real practices you can return to on a Tuesday morning when nothing feels easy. Because one good night isn't the goal. The goal is a life filled with inner peace and freedom.

Somewhere underneath all of it, a part of you already knows what it needs. You just haven't had a ceremony that's able to cultivate it.

Is it worth one evening to find out?

Something shifts when you stop negotiating with the hard thing and just do it.

I know. That's easy to say from the outside.

It seems like the hard thing keeps getting bigger the longer you look at it. That's not weakness. That's just what avoidance does.

My teacher, Master Choa Kok Sui, taught that character is built, not given. The five virtues aren't traits you're born with. They're the result of practice. Discipline. Follow-through. And choosing the hard thing on purpose.

Every time you do, you build evidence. Evidence that you're someone who follows through. That evidence compounds.

What would change in your week if you trusted that evidence a little more?

It shows up in how you carry yourself. In the conversations you stop avoiding. In the self-confidence that doesn't need to be performed because it's real.

The cold plunge isn't the point. The follow-through is.

Save this for the next time you're negotiating with the hard thing.

Meditation didn't make it worse. It just stopped covering it up.

Most of us have been told that the answer to a busy mind is more. More meditation. More breathwork. More journaling. More practices.

Those practices are not the problem. The intention behind them is.

The same breathwork session can be a way to feel something or a way to escape feeling it. The same meditation can be a doorway in or a more spiritual version of the phone. The difference is whether you are using the practice to go into what is there, or to outrun it.

Master Choa Kok Sui taught that real inner peace is not something you add to a full system. It is what is left when you take enough of the noise out.

The reason meditation sometimes feels louder, not quieter, is not because the practice is failing. It is because the distraction stopped. The phone went down. The music went off. And what was already there, the looping conversations, the unprocessed grief, the resentment you keep almost putting down, finally has room to be noticed.

That noticing is not the problem. It is the beginning of the work.

Purification is the part of the practice that takes it the rest of the way. It is a specific intention, applied to the noise itself. Cacao to open the heart so what is stuck can move. Sound to release what has been congesting the body. Pranic Healing to clear what your chakras have been carrying for years.

The practices you already do can do more than you think. They just need the intention pointed at what is actually there.

Save this one for the next time the noise gets too loud to ignore.

There is a moment most people have but never name.

You come home from a long day. Before you have even taken off your shoes, you have reached for the phone, or put on the show, or poured the glass. We call it decompressing or self care, but in reality it's a form of distraction.

Underneath the scroll is a system that has been running the same conversation for a week. The argument from last Tuesday. The thing somebody said in 2019.

When you sit down to meditate, the distraction stops. The thoughts get louder. The pain in your back gets sharper. Most people assume meditation made it worse. It did not. It just stopped covering it up.

My teacher, Master Choa Kok Sui, taught that real inner peace is not something you add to a full system. It is an emptying out. Chaos to calmness to silence to stillness, in that order. If you try to bypass or distract your way past parts of yourself, you never get there.

This is why purification matters. Cacao opens the heart so the work can land. Sound moves what has been stuck in the body. Pranic Healing releases what has been congesting your chakras, sometimes for years. And then meditation can do what it was actually designed to do.

It might feel like you do not have the energy for one more thing on a Friday night. The point is that you do not have to bring anything. The ceremony does the work. You will leave lighter than when you walked in and with practices you can use every day to keep that space open.

Would it be a bad idea to give yourself one Friday night designed for what your system has been deeply asking for?

If you've been waiting for the right moment, the right sign, the right anything before you start moving, I get it.

I spent years doing the same thing. Telling myself it would happen eventually. Watching everyone else's life seem to fall into place while mine stayed stuck.

The hard part wasn't taking the first step. It was admitting that nothing was going to change until I did.

You already know enough. You've read enough, watched enough, researched enough. The only thing left is to actually take that first step and start now.

You can do it. I believe in you.

I genuinely thought it was going to be just a fancy hot chocolate.

I didn't know what ceremonial cacao was. I didn't know there was a difference. I just showed up, sat down, and held the cup.

Then the ceremony started.

I know what I'm about to say might sound like an exaggeration for a fancy hot chocolate.

I felt the gentle embrace of the warm cacao moving through me in a way I hadn't expected. Warmth. Connection. My heart felt more open. Not just to myself but to the people sitting in that circle with me. Complete strangers, and I felt something real with them.

That's when I understood what this was actually for.
When people feel loved and open, they can go somewhere. The heavy emotions, the stuck feelings, the memories that feel too hard to look at directly... they become approachable. Cacao pours in love just like a loving mother to create the conditions where your own healing becomes possible.

That's why I start every single ceremony with it now. Cacao and meditation first. Love and openness first. Then we go deeper together.

You already know the full moon is powerful.
This one is at least 10x more potent than any other full moon of the year.
The May full moon carries a name honored for over 2,500 years across Buddhist and esoteric traditions worldwide: WESAK. It marks the life, death, and enlightenment of the Buddha and is considered by many lineages, including the Pranic Healing lineage, to be the single most energetically significant full moon of the entire year.
Is it a ridiculous idea to take advantage of that?
Two things worth naming:
"I'm not Buddhist, this isn't my tradition." The Buddha was not a Buddhist. Jesus was not a Christian. You do not need to be Buddhist to receive what this window offers.
"I've done full moon work before and the same patterns came back." That is usually not a lack of intention. It is that the energy body was never actually cleared. That is what Friday is for.
The sequence: first we disintegrate poverty consciousness from the energy body through cacao, sound healing, and Pranic Healing. Then we bless your goals, wishes, dreams, and projects that you bring written down, anchoring prosperity into your field using the most powerful full moon of the year.
