Patients who lose significant weight frequently are left with deflated breasts and unwanted excess skin. Our beautiful patient lost over 100 pounds through diet and exercise and wanted to restore breast volume and lift her breasts to a more youthful position. Another success story. Our beautiful patient is seen here 6 months out from her with 485 cc moderate profile implants. She had weaker tissues preop and we supported her implants with our internal bra technique. Her cleavage is improved, volume increased and upper pole fullness enhanced.
