I used to think workouts (and everything else nutrition & fitness related) only mattered if they looked “perfect.”

And if I couldn’t do that, it was easy to feel like it wasn’t worth doing at all.

But that mindset kept me stuck for so long. And honestly, it never would have survived motherhood.

After becoming a mom, fitness looked very different than I imagined:
-20–30 minute workouts when I could fit them in
-3 workouts a week instead of 5
- adjusting constantly to a new routine, a new body, and a new version of life

And the truth is, life will never be perfect. There will always be something; lack of time, energy, routine, motivation, or structure.

And if perfection is what you’re waiting for, you’ll end up waiting forever.

What actually changed things for me was letting go of that idea.

Consistency in imperfect seasons still counts.
Short workouts still matter.
And showing up in a way that fits your life will always beat waiting for ideal conditions. 💪💗

When most women think about counting calories, they think "I have this many calories available today and I need to stay within that number."

But tracking food for awareness is different.

It's understanding where calories are coming from, whether you're eating enough protein, how balanced your meals are, and what habits might be impacting your progress.

Because without awareness, it's really hard to understand why things aren't working and then you’re just left guessing.

And when you're guessing, you have no idea what actually needs to change.

If you've ever felt overwhelmed by all the nutrition advice out there and aren't sure what you should actually be paying attention to, my free training breaks it down for you. Comment or DM me “TRAINING” and I’ll send it over ASAP.

What if you stopped making it harder than it needs to be?

Because the goal wasn't to eat as little as possible, do everything perfect, or change everything at once.

The goal was to create habits she could actually sustain.

And she did this while taking multiple trips because progress doesn’t require putting life on hold.

This is why doing less, but doing it consistently, works better than doing more for a short period of time.

And that’s exactly why this approach doesn't feel hard & works long-term; not just as a quick fix.

If you want a doable plan built around your life, send me a DM with the word COACHING. I'd love to help.

Your goals should work with your life, not the version of your life you wish you had right now.

Because consistency only happens when the plan is actually doable.

And consistency will always outperform perfection.

Weekends were no longer to blame for my lack of progress once my routine actually fit my real life.

I didn't need more discipline.

What I needed all along was an approach that didn't make me feel like I had to escape it every weekend.

That's why learning to eat in a more flexible, sustained way changed everything for me.

If this sounds familiar, comment "WEEKEND" and I'll send you my free training on building a more sustainable approach to fat loss.

I used to think weight loss meant being perfect with my diet..

Eating clean 24/7.
Saying no to sweets.
Avoiding foods I loved.

And honestly? That’s exactly what kept me stuck.

Because every time I had something “off plan,” I felt like I ruined everything.

Which usually turned into me spiraling and eating all the other “off plan” foods thinking:
“Well I already messed up. I’ll just start over Monday.”

Over and over again.

What finally changed was learning about macros and realizing I didn’t have to be so restrictive to make progress.

Instead of cutting out foods I love, I learned how to include them in moderation while still working toward my goals.

And that’s what made weight loss feel sustainable for the first time.

No more all-or-nothing mindset.
No more feeling guilty for eating dessert.
No more constantly starting over.

Just balance, consistency, and a way of eating I could actually stick to.

If you’re tired of feeling like you have to be perfect to lose weight, I have a free macros training that breaks down how to make progress without cutting out the foods you love.

Comment TRAINING and I’ll send it your way!

For the longest time, the idea of eating more felt scary.

I thought if I even slightly increased my food,
I’d gain weight instantly.

So I did what most of us do.
I ate less.

Skipped meals, cut calories, avoided foods I loved...

And for a little while, it worked.
Until it didn’t.

Because eating that little wasn’t sustainable.

I was constantly thinking about food, dealing with cravings, and overeating because I just couldn’t keep it up.

And the more I tried to “get back on track", the less I felt like I could actually eat without gaining weight.

Because when you keep under-eating, your body adapts.

So now you’re stuck eating even less just to see the same results. And that’s exhausting.

Learning how to eat more in a way that actually supports your body is what changed everything for me.

More balanced meals.
Less cravings.
And progress that actually felt sustainable.

This is exactly what I help women do in my 1:1 coaching so they can stop starting over and feel confident in how they’re fueling their body.

If eating more still feels scary, I get it.
I was there too.
But it might be the missing piece.

If this sounds like you, DM me ‘FOOD’ for a free nutrition audit to help you figure out what eating more should actually look like for you.
