I feel so grateful for this crew. 🥹 What sets Mind Body Badass apart is our instructors teach from the heart—because the VIBE and energy of a class matters just as much as the movement. They’re all true badasses.⁣

It’s almost sunset season for Yoga at Sunset Cliffs! 🙌 (I’m sorry, yes I am that girl who’s already fully in Fall mode 😆🍂).⁣

Starting Wed Sept 9th (when the sunset is at 7:02pm), our public yoga classes will coincide with the most incredible sunset views in all of San Diego. Wednesday evenings with Mind Body Badass at the Cliffs are a can’t-miss experience. 📸⁣
