Banana posture 🍌 is what we refer to when you’re rounding your spine looking downward. Maybe exactly how you’re sitting right now on your phone 👀.
It’s repetition in this posture that leads to the infamous “tech neck.” 💻 Your head and neck extend forward, it puts more stress on the spine and shoulders, and your entire posture begins to compensate.
