Your core needs more than crunches. 👏

These 5 Pilates-inspired strength moves work your core and back together—with a little upper-body work sneaking in too.

I love exercises like these because you’re not isolating one muscle at a time. You’re asking your body to stabilize, rotate, reach, pull and control movement—all while adding a little resistance.

Grab a pair of light weights and give these a try.

8–12 reps each • 2–3 rounds
Slow + controlled is the goal here.

Save this one for your next strength day—and tell me which move looks harder than it actually is. 😂

I looked healthy on the outside…but my blood work told a different story. 👀

I train consistently. I eat well. I prioritize my health. So seeing some of my results genuinely surprised me.

Superpower gave me a deeper look with **100+ biomarkers**—and, more importantly, helped me understand what those numbers could mean and what to focus on next.

Because feeling healthy and *knowing what’s happening inside your body* aren’t always the same thing.

🔥 **One ball. Six moves. Whole body.**

If you’ve been doing the same strength routine on repeat, grab a medicine ball and mix things up.

These 6 moves combine strength, core stability, coordination, and a little cardio for a workout that keeps your whole body involved.

And that’s exactly what I love about combination exercises in midlife—you can train more than one thing at a time without making your workout longer.

Simple equipment. Dynamic movement. Big energy.

Save this one for the next time your workout needs a little shake-up. 💥

The biggest shift I’ve made? I stopped looking for a perfect routine and started building one I could actually stick with.

These are the habits that help me feel my best:
☀️ Move my body.
🥩 Prioritize my diet.
💧 Stay hydrated.
✨ Support healthy aging with my daily longevity stack.

None of it is complicated—but together, these small choices help me show up with more energy, more consistency, and more intention.

✨ **If your lower abs never seem to “turn on,” this is for you.** ✨

Your core isn’t just about crunches or chasing a six-pack.

It’s your body’s foundation—supporting your posture, balance, back, and every movement you make.

This four-exercise progression is designed to help you build a stronger connection to your **deep core**, one step at a time. Each exercise builds on the last, challenging your stability and control without relying on momentum.

Remember: progression isn’t about making exercises harder. It’s about moving better.

Train your core from the inside out, and everything else gets stronger too.

Save this one and come back to it as your strength grows. 💛

Your foam roller can do more than release tight muscles.

It can also create instability, give you something to press against, and make familiar exercises more challenging for your deep core.

Try these five moves slowly and focus on keeping your ribs, pelvis, and hips steady. The goal is not to move farther or faster—it is to stay controlled while your arms and legs move around a strong center.

Start with 8–10 controlled reps per exercise or 30 seconds per move. Complete 2–3 rounds.

Save this workout for the next time you want to strengthen your core without adding heavy equipment.
