Yep… that’s me… what a difference your tongue positioning can make in overall head and neck posture right?

The ideal resting position:
✔ Lips closed
✔ Teeth gently apart
✔ Entire tongue resting on the palate
✔ Breathing through the nose
Small habit. Big impact.
