Are you ready to change your lifestyle through health and fitness? Making changes to your your body starts with your mind—we will work together in fostering change that goes beyond a diet

and lasts a lifetime. Not only will you receive a customized program catered to your goals, the process will be fun, rewarding, and educational. Your body is built from your bones, your muscles, your tendons, your nervous system, your ligaments, and so on. We may all have a similar blueprint, but our interior design is different. We come in all shapes and sizes which means that one diet or exercise plan is the gold standard. Nourishment for one person could be toxic to the next—my goal is to teach you how to eat and move for your body type, while learning how to manage your stress and foster change through positive techniques. Love is an integral part of your lifestyle transformation and when it comes to your health, love will be your driving force toward success. Throughout our journey together your mind will guide you, your body will change, and the love for your life will grow and shine to all around you.

Join Hypsy and Oak for a very special celebration of moms (and the folks who love them) with an ultra relaxing sound spa experience! Once we set the stage in a relaxing position with plenty of props we will offer eye masks and wireless headsets playing some super relaxing tracks to help you turn in and release stress from the outside world.

From there you will be treated to a combination of aromatherapy, Healing Touch, and gentle massage adjustments to fully melt into the experience. A little bit of live sound will help wake you back up, recharged for the evening (or ready to catch up on sleep!). 

Feel free to bring your partner: open to all genders and anyone wanting to celebrate moms. 15% off for members.

Happy holidays from all of us at Mind Body Love! 🤍

Earlier this month we hosted our team holiday party and it was such a joy to bring everyone together over delicious food, drinks, and great conversation. It reminded us how special this community is and how grateful we are to share our love for wellness with all of you here in South Park. A few of our teachers and work-trade members couldn’t make it, but we celebrated them all the same. 🤍
