Less is more, slower is faster and good enough is superior to perfection.
Every time people are rushing through life, the Higher Self will advise them to slow down and encourage moderation in everything . The need for more, for perfection and speed always comes from the Ego . It’s a trauma response.
The Soul wants to accomplish only what it came in this life time to do, that’s all. But the Ego doesn’t know that. The Ego is not supposed to be in charge, but rather to be acknowledged and then ignored and never to be taken seriously. Ego operates from fear. The Higher Self operates from Love and a higher vision of the whole picture of the Divine Plan. The Higher Self is the shortcut and the Ego is the detour. The Higher Self operates from trust and knowing, the Ego is driven by megalomania. The Higher Self is the infinite Divine aspect of the human, the Ego is the material dense and very limited aspect of it. Who do you choose to allow to guide you in life?

I want to take a moment to clear something up that I see happening more and more online, especially on platforms like YouTube. Many people have completely misconstrued who Dolores Cannon was and what she did.

Dolores was not a prophet. She was not a psychic. She was not a channel. She made this very clear in her lectures and in her books. What she did do was pioneering and profound: she spoke directly to the Subconscious, or Higher Self, of thousands of her clients through her QHHT sessions. That’s where her information came from—through her clients’ deep states of hypnosis, not from her “own psychic downloads” or anything of the sort.

Unfortunately, as her work has spread, so has the misinformation. There are countless YouTube channels using her name as clickbait, many of them pumping out content that Dolores never said and would never say. Some even use AI-generated voices that mimic her, but if you’ve listened to her lectures, you know the language doesn’t match the way she spoke. It’s misleading at best, and at worst, it dilutes the truth of her legacy.

So if you are drawn to Dolores’ work, I encourage you: go to the source. Read her books, listen to her actual lectures, and—if you feel called—seek out a certified QHHT practitioner to experience this method for yourself. Her true gift wasn’t about claiming a personal power; it was about creating a process that allowed ordinary people to access extraordinary wisdom from within themselves.
