With El Niño comes new varieties of fish to our backyard, one of them is the Bullet Mackerel. They also go by the name of Bullet tuna, they are highly valued in sushi and in the Philippines and Japan. Used mostly in sushi, sashimi and traditional dishes.

This is a rare treat that we get to enjoy from our local fishermen. These fish are available tomorrow at the Shane’s Seafoods booth 8am- sold out
