So many of us are working from home currently, and what does that mean? We are stuck on our laptops all. day. I do my clinical notes on a laptop and two easy modifications last week were: 1. A stand-up roll station (techni mobili, $70 at home depot website) and 2. a wireless mouse (jelly comb, $10 amazon) This creates a world of a difference for your posture. If you are working on a laptop at home I would highly recommend this setup. Wheel your office to the kitchen counter LIKE A BOSS. @ Chiropractique
