ADHD relationships can feel amazing one day, and completely overwhelming the next, and that does not mean anything is wrong!

Some days everything clicks, the energy is high, the house feels under control, meals get made, and it feels like you are doing it all. Other days can look completely different, lower energy, more mess, less structure, and just trying to get through the day without added pressure.

✨ What helps:
❌ Let go of the guilt and stop expecting the same output every day. ADHD often comes with shifts in energy, focus, and motivation, and learning how to work with those patterns can make relationships and daily life feel a lot more manageable.

💡 Tip: Try a more flexible routine instead of forcing a rigid one. On higher-energy days, it may feel easier to get more done.
