“It was so bad that my palms would break into a cold sweat even during light turbulence. But Kay has helped me so much, with tangible results. On a return flight from Chicago a couple of weeks ago, there was some light to moderate turbulence that lasted about 10 minutes. I’d had an appointment with Kay before the flight — during the turbulence, I was completely calm and without fear, and tangibly, my palms remained dry. When Kay makes suggestions about fears, I try my best to put my trust into the method, but I was still surprised at how effective the therapy turned out to be. My husband sitting next to me complained during the bumps, but I was just fine.”
