2) Family - Build 5 great connections and nourish these relationships.
(This will give you longevity)

3) Finance - Get financially free by putting an EFFECTIVE PLAN in place and then EXECUTE. Freedom should be the outcome not uncertainty. (This will give you peace and confidence)

4) Fitness - Create an EFFECTIVE REGIMEN built for your blood and body type and execute for results. There is no one size fits all in fitness. (This will give you wellness and confidence)

5) Fun - This will come naturally when you have mastered the other 4 F’s.
(This fulfills the fulfillment formula)
