Calling all members who are artisans, crafters and the like — pet-related or not — we’d love to hear from you. If you’re a passion project maker, hobbyist, or professional artisan/maker, please DM us or email us to apply and tell us what you make and want to sell.

You’ll need to bring your own setup. 100% of your sales will go directly to you. We’re simply creating the space because we think it would be super fun, and because it’s been a long time since we hosted a Makers Market. These events were always a successful, joyful part of our community.

We’d also welcome service providers such as animal photographers, animal communicators, Reiki/T-touch/energy practiconers, and other like-minded animal loving professionals who’d like to be part of the weekend. If there’s a skilled, humane-handling groomer who offers nail trims, we’d love to hear from you too. One of our brilliant members ( ) used to offer this; it was awesome - she was truly a nail-trimming savant!

Reposted from .k9 After a very, very long break… we are finally back to feeding PMR (prey model raw) and it feels so good to be back. 🤍

After adopting our new puppy, so many little things started standing out on her old food. She was constantly showing “hot” and “cold” imbalance symptoms — things like overheating easily, warm ears/paws, redness, itchiness, restless energy, but also random chills, low energy, and digestive ups and downs. Once you start looking at dogs more holistically, you realize food does so much more than just “fill them up.”

So we headed back to our favorite place, SFRAW, and got the guidance and supplies we needed to start this journey again. I was able to complete a full two-week meal prep consisting of balanced muscle meat, raw meaty bones, organ, and a mix of cooling and warming proteins to help support her body naturally. Every meal was thoughtfully put together with her specific needs in mind, and it already feels so rewarding knowing exactly what is going into her body.

Pictured in this meal is beef tongue, beef heart, turkey liver, pork kidney, green tripe, duck head, quail, quail egg, and vitality blend. The quail shown is mainly for staging purposes — she definitely is not eating all of this in one meal. 😂

Raw feeding can feel overwhelming at first, but learning how to feed the dog in front of you instead of following a one-size-fits-all approach changes everything. So excited to watch her grow, heal, and thrive on species-appropriate food again. 🥩🐾✨

Al fresco is the very best way to enjoy raw meaty bone delights! Raw bones are nature's toothbrush - they keep teeth clean, massage gums, reduce stress, produce happy hormones, release tension throughout the body, stimulate meridian pathways and the posterior chain, they even improve digestion and support a balanced microbiome. So good!

We'll just keep repeating this over and over again. Please stop poisoning your pets! It's just NOT WORTH IT! Trust us! There are SO many safer options available:

1) Start here-> build a stronger dog/cat! Animals can be naturally more resilient and resistant against parasite infestations and associated illnesses when you *eliminate* toxins from their routines, environment, water and food. No chemical treatments. Avoid vaccines and ask your holistic veterinarian to use natural, safer options if your pet is Rx medication. Feed a species appropriate fresh food diet **and treats** that are free of processed and synthetic ingredients.

2) Protect them with safer options such as those mentioned in the video. We have our own Tick Spritz, Force Field garlic/neem supplement for fleas/ticks, and Pumpkin Parasite Paste for intestinal parasites. You can also just feed garlic or apply neem topically. Amber collars are helpful when used as directed, too. Flea comb daily to remove fleas or do regular flea checks.

3) Treat the environment (even more important than number two) Beneficial Nematodes applied to all outside areas around the house on a routine schedule will control pest species outdoors, while diligent daily vacuuming and laundering of your pet's bedding on high heat will control fleas indoors. 20 Mule Team Borax can be used as a carpet treatment, or used when mopping hard floors. It kills fleas, too without the risks of dangerous, cancer causing neurotoxins.

Please avoid these pesticides. Their use ends in devestating heartbreak far, far too often. 💔
