Christopher Tellez, SF Reiki Center Owner of SF Reiki Center Reiki is moving energy through the palms of the hands producing a calming and restorative feeling.

Reiki detoxifies the body and removes emotional and mental blockages. Reiki is used to:

• Enhance the body’s immune system, treating the whole body rather than treating specific conditions.
• Reduce stress and increase a state of relaxation
• Decrease anxiety often associated with disease, illness and crisis
• Prevent disease and sickness
• Aid in the healing process, emotionally and ph

• Control disease symptoms and side effects of cancer treatments
• Remove emotional and mental blockages, aiding in personal growth and spiritual awareness.
