Born and raised in Austin, Aidan played college soccer in Arkansas before earning his degree in Exercise Science from UT Austin. After a short stint in insurance, his passion for athletic performance and holistic health brought him right back to fitness.

Lily leads by example, focusing on long-term health through consistent strength training, breaking through plateaus and hitting new goals before unwinding in the steam room and sauna. Outside the center, she enjoys hiking, yoga, meditation, cooking new recipes, and reading. 📖 😊 🧘‍♀️👩‍🍳
