Feeling myself again actually wasn't that difficult. Sharing with my girlies👇
1. I took the pressure off texting 💬
If one reply can make or break your mood, you need grounding. Start seeing messages as data - not validation. If it's making you anxious, zoom out.
2. I stopped playing out fake futures 🧠
Imagining how it'll play out doesn't protect you. It just makes you fall for an illusion.
3. I focused on what I was actually feeling 💔
Every spiral has a root: fear, lack, insecurity. Naming it helps you reclaim your power. I used the Noah AI app to reflect on my patterns instead of react.
4. I reminded myself of the facts ✅️
When your mind starts spinning, get ruthless with the truth. What has he actually done? How do you feel when you're with him? Obsession fades when you focus on reality.
5. I stopped making it about me 🎯
His distance doesn't mean you're too much or not enough. It's just him being him. Detach your worth from someone else's behaviour.
