Or If you know anyone searching for Conscious community in the SF Bay, can you send them this Event and let them know about HeartLab? 🙏🏼🩷

HeartLab Discovery Night ✨

We’re starting to form a more intentional, ongoing HeartLab community
one that’s rooted in real connection, depth, and shared experience.

This isn’t just another event.

It’s a chance to co-create what’s next.
To share what matters to you.
To meet others who are longing for something real.
To feel into whether this is a community you want to grow with.

What to expect:

A playful, open evening with different “activation spaces” to drop into…

🍵 Tea + connection
🎨 Creative expression
🎲 Play (improv, mad libs)
💬 Connection games + prompts
🔮 Spiritual space (tarot, altar, reflection)
💃 Movement + music

You’re welcome to bring something to share if you feel called.

We’re in the early stages of shaping our HeartLab membership + community
and your presence will directly influence what we build.

✨ 2 Openings in the Radical Aliveness Process Group

We have two openings in our ongoing Radical Aliveness Process Group, wanna jump in? 😅

This is a somatic, experiential group for growth, healing, and connection — where we explore the full range of aliveness in the body, emotions, and relational field.

Through movement, expression, vulnerability, and real-time interaction, participants are invited to move beyond patterns of holding back and into deeper authenticity, connection, and embodied truth.

This is a non-expert space where everyone is both supported and empowered to lead, co-create, and bring their full selves into the room.

As we open these spots, we especially welcome referrals for male-identified folks, LGBTQ+ community members, and POC folks who may feel called to this work.

On the journey of expanding consciousness and understanding the nature of reality, a guiding question can be

“what am I not yet knowing?
Do I need to be more courageous?
Or do I need to be more self-controlled?
Do I need to be more uninhibited?
Do I need more imagination?
Do I need to reign my imagination in?

Ever one of us is trying to move to the center of our own reality, it just depends where we are”

- Asha Nayaswami

Asha is a spiritual teacher I discovered this year through YouTube believe it or not. I find her extremely witty, a great storyteller, getting right to the heart of it and it’s so beautifully comforting…

This question fits so beautifully with the principles of Radical Aliveness that I have been studying for many years. One of the principles being “knowing I don’t know”

It invites us into curiosity, the humbleness of knowing you can never fully know a person in all of the complexity and layers of what you’re experiencing before you.

It helps us check assumptions, it helps us slow down.

And when we point this question towards ourselves, it helps us open to the great mystery when we are feeling stuck within a matrix of our own making.

Yesterday was Valentine’s Day.

And maybe you felt celebrated.

Maybe you felt lonely.

Maybe you’re partnered… but still longing.

Maybe you feel relieved it was over.

All of it belongs.

As many of you know, my life’s work is devoted to opening more deeply to the love that we all are.

Not just romantic love.

Not just being chosen.

But the deeper current.

The love beneath our defenses.
The love beneath our strategies.
The love beneath the fear of being too much — or not enough.

In these times especially, I keep returning to this:

Love is not something we earn.
It’s not something we hustle for.
It’s not something we secure once and finally relax.

It’s an essence.

A remembering.

A practice of softening toward what is here.

If Valentine’s Day stirred anything in you — grief, hope, jealousy, tenderness, numbness — you’re not behind. You’re human.

And if you’re wanting support — whether a one-off session or a return to deeper work together — I’m here.

We don’t have to do love alone.

And we don’t have to wait for a holiday to open our hearts.

STOP.
Yes, you — stop for a moment.
Pause whatever you’re doing.
Let yourself arrive in this exact breath.

Feel your feet on the ground.
Notice one thing your senses are touching.
Let your next inhale be just a little bit fuller.

––––––

This week I’ve been sitting with how hard it can be to stay present in a world — and a life — that constantly pulls at my attention.

Living in San Francisco, running a business, caring for others, moving through a tech-saturated city… it’s so easy to disappear into the swirl.

Presence becomes something I have to practice — not something that just happens.

So each morning, before emails or sessions or planning or noise, I hold a warm cup of cacao in my hands and let it become a doorway.
A small portal back to myself.
A reminder that I can return — again and again — to what is true.

I set an intention:
Hour by hour, may I come back to my body.
May I listen for what I need.
May I reconnect with my higher self and with life as it’s meeting me.

It’s imperfect. I forget. I get swept away.
And then I return.

Minute by minute.
Breath by breath.

Wherever you are — even in the middle of the city, even if tech has its hooks in you, even if your mind won’t soften — you can come back to this deeper intention.

Your body is always here.
Your breath is always here.
Life is always offering something beautiful, quiet, and real.

You don’t need to escape to be present.
You just need to remember.

What’s one small way you can return to yourself today?

Radical Aliveness has been a deep practice and path in my life for many years.

And while the title might sound big, what I love most about this work is that it’s not an expert model.

It’s not something anyone can tell you how to do.
It’s something each of us already knows — in our bodies, our hearts, our spirits.
We each have a sense of what aliveness looks and feels like for us.

For me, Radical Aliveness often shows up through my grief.
When I allow myself to feel my sensations fully —
to let the tears move,
to breathe, tremble, or cry,
to ride the waves that come and go —
something opens.

In the middle of that rawness, I find life again.
Depth. Softness. Power.
It’s paradoxical — but when I let myself grieve, I feel more alive.

Grief isn’t just sadness; it’s a portal back to truth and vitality.
It’s how my system comes back into flow with life itself.

If you’re longing for a space to grieve, to feel more alive, or to explore what Radical Aliveness might mean for you —
you’re not alone.

You can reach out to me for individual or couples work,
or check out my Radical Aliveness Process Group.
