We spend so much of our lives searching for love.

The right person.
The right relationship.
The person who will finally see us, choose us, understand us, love us exactly the way we’ve always wanted to be loved.

But what if love isn’t something we find?

What if it’s something we practice?

Over and over.
And over.
And over again.

We practice staying open when it would be easier to close.
We practice telling the truth.
We practice listening instead of defending.
We practice repairing when we’ve caused harm.
We practice receiving love instead of pushing it away.
We practice choosing connection when our old survival strategies tell us to run, fight, freeze, or disconnect.

And we practice loving ourselves through all of it.

Because becoming the love we seek isn’t a destination.

It’s a lifelong practice.

A practice we return to in our relationships, in our friendships, in our families, in our communities—and ultimately, within ourselves.

Until our last breath.

So I’m curious:

What does it mean for YOU to practice love?

Not what does love feel like.
Not what does your ideal relationship look like.

But what does it actually ask you to DO?

What is the edge of your practice right now?

Maybe it’s vulnerability.
Maybe it’s boundaries.
Maybe it’s forgiveness.
Maybe it’s letting yourself be seen.
Maybe it’s learning how to stay when things get uncomfortable.
Maybe it’s finally choosing yourself.

What would it look like to be the love you’re seeking?

Tell me in the comments. ❤️

Another beautiful surprise, Monday morning in San Francisco. ☕️

08/08/2026

Today is 8/8 — the Lionsgate portal. ♾️

Two infinity symbols stacked on top of each other, which feels about right for a day built around remembering what we actually want.

I made a wish on a dandelion this morning and watched the seeds scatter.
Simple, but it captured something about today: this is a moment to get honest about our deepest heart and soul desires, and to start moving toward them in whatever small way we can.

Infinite possibilities are available in every moment. Today just asks us to notice that.

Sending love to you and your journey toward empowerment, today and always. 🧡🌬️

I made a video. 😅

And I was nervous making it — which honestly surprised me. After all these years of facilitation and holding space for others, I still get nervous.

But I think the nervousness means something. This matters to me. And there’s real risk in putting something like this out into the world without knowing how it will land.

So here it is…

HeartLab is launching its first founding membership community. 🌱

And I want to be honest — this didn’t come from me.
It came from the people who kept saying they were longing for more.
Who loved being in the space and kept asking: is there a way to have this more consistently?
Is there a way to actually belong here?

Community — real community — doesn’t happen from just showing up to events. It happens through consistency.
Through co-creation.
Through feeling genuinely invested in something together.
Through having a voice in what it becomes, not just receiving what’s handed to you.

That’s what we’re building. A foundation with space for you to help shape it. 🎨

We’re hosting a Prospective Members Dinner on July 21st for folks who want to learn more, ask questions, and help us co-create what this looks like.

Because we want to know your dreams, your visions, what you actually need. The format, the schedule, the culture — we’re building it together.

And I keep coming back to this moment we’re in. The uncertainty.
The AI acceleration.
The loneliness underneath all the connectivity.

HeartLab has always been a response to that — and membership is a way to make it a consistent, living answer.
A fourth space (more than home, work, or a coffee shop — a place where you’re known, where you grow, where you create, where you belong) in a time when those spaces are disappearing.

Let’s see what’s possible together. 🙌🏽

HAAPY PRIDE YA’LL! ✨

We need this celebration more than ever 🧡

What do you see when you look at this tree trunk?

The Australian tea tree is one of my favorite trees of all time (did you know I have a thing for trees?) 🌴

Its bark naturally peels and splits apart revealing all sorts of beautiful colors and shapes.
It thrives in the city streets of San Francisco because we have the same foggy cool climate as Southeast Australia, where it’s naturally found.

I love that it peels its bark just like we shed our skin. Revealing the deeper layers, revealing the beauty and growth as it stretches to the sky.

Sometimes we see images in nature and recently I’ve been seeing beautiful eye shapes around me. I feel a sense of loving presence when I find them.

If you would like to meet more of the HeartLab community that’s growing,
Or If you know anyone searching for Conscious community in the SF Bay, can you send them this Event and let them know about HeartLab? 🙏🏼🩷

HeartLab Discovery Night ✨

We’re starting to form a more intentional, ongoing HeartLab community
one that’s rooted in real connection, depth, and shared experience.

This isn’t just another event.

It’s a chance to co-create what’s next.
To share what matters to you.
To meet others who are longing for something real.
To feel into whether this is a community you want to grow with.

What to expect:

A playful, open evening with different “activation spaces” to drop into…

🍵 Tea + connection
🎨 Creative expression
🎲 Play (improv, mad libs)
💬 Connection games + prompts
🔮 Spiritual space (tarot, altar, reflection)
💃 Movement + music

You’re welcome to bring something to share if you feel called.

We’re in the early stages of shaping our HeartLab membership + community
and your presence will directly influence what we build.

✨ 2 Openings in the Radical Aliveness Process Group

We have two openings in our ongoing Radical Aliveness Process Group, wanna jump in? 😅

This is a somatic, experiential group for growth, healing, and connection — where we explore the full range of aliveness in the body, emotions, and relational field.

Through movement, expression, vulnerability, and real-time interaction, participants are invited to move beyond patterns of holding back and into deeper authenticity, connection, and embodied truth.

This is a non-expert space where everyone is both supported and empowered to lead, co-create, and bring their full selves into the room.

As we open these spots, we especially welcome referrals for male-identified folks, LGBTQ+ community members, and POC folks who may feel called to this work.

On the journey of expanding consciousness and understanding the nature of reality, a guiding question can be

“what am I not yet knowing?
Do I need to be more courageous?
Or do I need to be more self-controlled?
Do I need to be more uninhibited?
Do I need more imagination?
Do I need to reign my imagination in?

Ever one of us is trying to move to the center of our own reality, it just depends where we are”

- Asha Nayaswami

Asha is a spiritual teacher I discovered this year through YouTube believe it or not. I find her extremely witty, a great storyteller, getting right to the heart of it and it’s so beautifully comforting…

This question fits so beautifully with the principles of Radical Aliveness that I have been studying for many years. One of the principles being “knowing I don’t know”

It invites us into curiosity, the humbleness of knowing you can never fully know a person in all of the complexity and layers of what you’re experiencing before you.

It helps us check assumptions, it helps us slow down.

And when we point this question towards ourselves, it helps us open to the great mystery when we are feeling stuck within a matrix of our own making.
