The 3-minute burnout reset:

☐ Stop what you’re doing. Just stop.
☐ Name one thing your body needs right now. Water. Quiet. Air. A break.
☐ Give it to yourself without explaining it to anyone.

That’s it. That’s the whole tip.

Rest is not a reward for finishing everything.
You are allowed to pour into yourself first.

But your body should not have to beg before you listen.

Today’s reminder: take the pause before the crash.

Drink the water.
Sit in silence.
Step away from the noise.
Let something wait.

You are not a machine. You are a person.

Save this for the day you need permission to stop.
