I know it’s been a long time since I’ve been active on this page, life has taken me through so many twists, turns, and transformations these past few years. But I’m finally back, and I just posted a new video on YouTube sharing what’s really been going on behind the scenes.

From building The Retreat Costa Rica, to navigating menopause, to becoming a grandmother, finding new love, traveling the world, and learning how to age gracefully in my 60s… it’s been a journey.

Life lately has been a whirlwind of challenges and growth. Each hurdle is an opportunity to practice resilience and embrace my inner strength. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​I’ve found solace in mindful moments, staying grounded through meditation, and nurturing my body with love and care.

By focusing on what I can control and surrendering what I cannot, I navigate each day with grace and optimism.

Remember, every challenge is a stepping stone on the path to a more empowered self.
