Our Covina Chapter had another meaningful and engaging SERG meeting today.

Special thanks to Dr. Solomon for being such an outstanding speaker and for sharing valuable insights on the connection between hearing loss and dementia. The presentation was incredibly informative and left our group with practical, important takeaways. 🌟

We also want to extend our appreciation to Parkview Place for graciously hosting this month’s meeting and providing such a welcoming space for our members.

Grateful for the continued participation, curiosity, and collaboration within our Covina community. Looking forward to the next one!

Our Pasadena Chapter closed out November with a powerful and meaningful SERG gathering.

We had the honor of recognizing our Veterans and welcoming the incredible Dr. Daniel Aminpour, whose energetic and heartfelt presentation on PTSD offered insight that resonated deeply with our group.

His reminder was clear: even in healthcare, where we give so much of ourselves, we must continue to refill our own cups. We can’t pour from an empty glass — and as we near the end of 2025, many of us feel the weight of a year marked by burnout, stress, and even personal loss.

This meeting served as a grounding moment: a space to reflect, breathe, and acknowledge how far we’ve come despite the challenges.

A sincere thank-you to Villa Gardens for hosting our Pasadena Chapter and providing such a warm, welcoming space for this important conversation.

Grateful for our community, our resilience, and the conversations that remind us why we do what we do. 🧡🍂

Thank you to everyone who joined us for an afternoon of learning, connection, and collaboration.

A heartfelt thank you to our speakers — Jacquelene from FirstLight and Theresa Lopez from VITAS — for sharing valuable insight and expertise with our group.

We’re also incredibly grateful to Clearwater at Glendora for hosting us in such a welcoming space, and to Mr. Eric Becker for generously sponsoring the food for our attendees.

Appreciation to our entire Covina community for continuing to show up, engage, and support one another. Looking forward to what we build together. 🧡🍂

A huge thank you to our gracious hosts at Ivy Park at San Marino for opening up their beautiful community to us. We also want to recognize our guest speaker, Dr. Theresa Wong, for her insightful presentation on healthy living for your brain and body—an important reminder that as healthcare professionals, we must care for ourselves so we can better care for the families we serve.

We were also honored to welcome a very special guest today, Mr. Jose Speede, the founder of our SERG Networking Group. Thank you for stopping by and reminding us of the roots of this incredible community.
