The gate opened, and I walked out with nothing but a second chance, a vision, and a decision to never go back.

I remember when people said I wouldn’t make it.

I remember when they questioned whether I could even tattoo a straight line.

I remember being told to be realistic about my dreams, my goals, and the life I wanted to build.

I remember every doubt, every criticism, every reason people gave me for why it couldn’t be done.

What they didn’t understand was that I had already spent years learning one of life’s hardest lessons: nobody is coming to save you. The responsibility is yours.

Four years later, I’ve built a career doing what I love. I’ve had the privilege of tattooing incredible people, opening doors I once thought were permanently closed, creating opportunities for others, becoming a father, a husband and building a life that at one time existed only in my imagination.

None of it happened overnight.

It took long days, early mornings, sacrifices, mistakes, setbacks, and countless moments where quitting would’ve been easier.

But every challenge reminded me of where I came from and why I could never afford to give up.

To everyone who believed in me before the success, thank you.

To every client who trusted me with their skin and their story, thank you.

To my family, friends, and supporters who stood beside me through the highs and lows, thank you.

And to those who doubted me, thank you too.

You gave me fuel when I needed it most.

Today isn’t just a celebration of being home for four years.

It’s a celebration of growth.

It’s proof that your past doesn’t have to define your future.

It’s proof that discipline beats excuses.

It’s proof that a person can completely change the direction of their life when they decide to bet on themselves.

Four years home.

Still hungry.

Still learning.

Still building.

And this is only the beginning. 💯🔥
