There is more to breath than just oxygen.
The ancient Egyptians called it Ka —
the vital spark that animated the living body.
The Indians called it Prana —
the life force woven through every breath.
The Chinese called it Qi —
the energy flowing through all living things.
The Japanese called it Ki —
the inner power that moves through us.
The Hebrews called it Ruach —
breath, wind, and spirit — one single word.
The Greeks called it Pneuma —
the breath that was also the soul.
The Polynesians called it Mana —
the invisible force that gives life its charge.
The Iroquois called it Orenda —
the spiritual power humming through all of nature.
Different words. Different centuries. Different corners of the earth.
The same discovery.
Close your eyes for a moment.
Take a breath — but don't just fill your lungs.
Feel it move through your whole body.
Do it again. And again.
Now — do you feel that buzz in the palms of your hands?
That's not imagination.
That is the thing every ancient civilization had a word for.
You just felt it.
That's the magic that is energy.
Use it for good.
Use it to heal.
