We started him on a barrier supportive routine using Face Reality products to calm inflammation and rebuild his skin barrier. His first treatment was a hydrating enzyme to gently prep for extractions.

Since he was still dealing with redness, we added An-Dew (azelaic acid + PHA) to soothe and gently exfoliate, plus 2.5% Acne Med on a gradual schedule to target active breakouts as he came off doxycycline.

Now that we’ve calmed his inflammation, we’re moving into the next phase which is improving his tone and texture.
