One of the most common questions we get is “how often should I come in?”

Tox maintenance is not one-size-fits-all. How often you retreat depends on your muscle strength, dosing, and the results you want to maintain. For most patients, that falls somewhere between 3 and 6 months. What remains consistent for everyone is that we will not schedule appointments earlier than the 3 month mark. Retreating too soon can contribute to resistance over time, and our priority is protecting the long term effectiveness of your treatment.
