Self care✨💖🛀 is vital to our overall health and wellbeing and still it is often overlooked. We get wrapped up in attending to others needs (our kids, spouse, significant other, boss, coworkers, etc.) and overlook our own.😔 Self care doesn't have to be complicated, it's more about giving yourself permission to take care of yourself. You are worthy of self care and self love.💖 Give yourself permission to get enough sleep for your body to function. 🛌🏻💭💤Get regular adjustments to help make sure your body is functioning at 100% and managing stress appropriately, Take regular breaks when you are working to keep yourself refreshed and recharged.⚡ Nourish your body with healthy organic foods and plenty of water to keep you energized throughout the day.🍎🥕💧 Little steps towards self care go a long way.💖
