I’m doing my half marathon again and my goal is to raise or beat $4,000 this year. I’m going to be posting some special classes soon for yoga and warrior breathing shortly —100% of proceeds will go to my earth walk fundraiser. But I’d be happy to have you run virtual with me!

The Ele Earth Walk is on Friday September 20, 2024 to Monday October 7, 2024. It includes the following events: 5K Run/Walk, 10K Run/Walk, and Half Marathon Run/Walk.

Action cures Fear! We are starting our group online workout sessions that will be free to the public this week through our shelter in place order through 4/7. The more you move and the stronger you become will help you to better handle the stress and anxiety of the current crisis. It will be available to the public starting this Wednesday. I sincerely want to thank each of you who came out for our 2019 celebration at Body Architecture Training Studio last night. I was truly overwhelmed by the genuine love and support that both I and my community of wellness people received from so many people. I am so grateful for the beautiful people I have the pleasure of knowing. I also especially want to thank my two dearest friends and their families for driving so far to come and be there with me. I also want to thank all of you who called and sent well wishes since they weren’t able to come.

I am so grateful for all of you who have been a part of my life. I wish I could have spent more time with each of you—my old friends and my new friends I met last night. I didn’t get to send my Christmas cards out in 2018 so I did this and I’m so glad.

Last but not least, I want to thank Dave my husband for all the help he does here at his “second job”. All my life he has supported my dreams from my first aerobic competition I did in 1982, to the MMA title fights with our boys and everything in between. I am so grateful for him and the amazing space he has created for me.
