I'm a repeat customer of Urban Plates.. soooo good, and yet it's been five years since I shared pics!

Here's their kids plate - steak/chicken/salmon choice with one side, a kids drink, and gf bread (extra $) on request. They have so many options for gf eaters and friends... will post pics of other entrees soon 😋

when you forgot to pack a lunch for the drive, thankful for Cream of the Crop deli bar in Oceanside.

Chicken, turkey, lettuce, tomato, sprouts, carrots, vegan mayo, gfree toasted bread = delic ✌🏻

(Of course I took out the 🍅 🫢)

First time eating at The Crack Shack - Pacific Beach... my Senor Croque gf fried chicken sand was delicious... chose this location as they're extra careful w/ gluten free and cross contamination. Happy to add this to my treat list when in the area 🐔 🍔❣️

Today I enjoyed a sampling of Ryan's Bungoyaki gluten free tamari sauce... delicious! With only a few ingredients, it's a def add to my pantry.

Sharing Gluten Dude's reel as it is SO SO SO important...

If you have celiac and/or eat gluten free, you CANNOT eat any bread you want to overseas (eg.Europe). Just because you don't 'fe' damage does not mean damage isn't being done.

Fit Joy... that's what's on my mind...

so happy Target now carries them as a regular. I've enjoyed the peanut butter pretzel nuggets prior... and now adding chocolate to them? Be still my heart - can't wait to try.

With 4th of July coming up this weekend, I was happy to find these True Story organic grass-fed hot dogs (nitrate free) at Costco today. The sample sold me- really tasty!

They're selling a 3-pk for $12.99 right now... love that they're carrying gluten-free items more often❣️
