Join us this Thursday, July 16th from 5:30pm - 7:00pm for our Pilimakua Indigenous Perinatal Emotional Support Group for Parents on Zoom! This is an online, drop-in space to share, connect, learn, and heal together.

✨ Open to Indigenous (American Indian, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander) families who are trying to conceive, expecting, or parenting a child 0–3 years old.

💬 You do not need to be enrolled in any Hummingbird program to attend!

This upcoming training is important for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of maternal mental health through an Indigenous health lens. On June 8, 2026, from 1:00–2:30 p.m., the Indian Affairs Department will host Mental Health, Maternal Health and Mortality in American Indian and Alaska Native Populations, presented by Jennifer Crawford, PhD. The session will cover current data on maternal mortality, maternal mental health, and su***de prevention, and practical strategies for identifying and supporting people who may be struggling.
