We're excited to share that TrueCare and Palomar Family Counseling Service, Inc. are merging to expand access to behavioral health services throughout North San Diego County.

Effective September 1, 2026, this partnership will bring together two mission-driven organizations committed to improving the health and well-being of our communities.

This merger will not impact patients or their access to care. In fact, it will ensure continued access to comprehensive behavioral health services across North County and beyond, with all current programs and services remaining fully intact.

Dr. Maria Chavez Santos stopped by our food distribution, picked up fresh produce, and turned it into a simple, healthy meal to show how nutritious eating can be approachable, affordable, and within reach.

Access to fresh food is an important part of whole-person care. 🍅✨

At TrueCare, every expansion is guided by the needs of our patients and communities. That’s why we recently expanded adult primary care services at our San Marcos Health Center, adding six new exam rooms to help more patients access care.

This expansion creates more space for preventive screenings, wellness visits, routine care and ongoing primary care services, making it easier for patients to get the support they need close to home.
