The European Ayurveda Congress , Berlin 2025 was a Grand Success.

As one of the Panelists,
at the European Ayurveda Congress , organized by Embassy of India in Berlin with IFAD, and Ministry of Ayush, I was excited to share insights into the current state of Ayurveda practice and education in the USA.
German doctors stressed the importance of integrating Ayurveda into the European healthcare system.

The event was inaugurated by Indian Ambassador to Germany Ajit Gupte.

I was honored to have received an invitation to dinner at the Ambassador’s residence.

It was an honor and privilege, to be an invited SPEAKER at the Synergy Summit- A Health and WellBeing Retreat organized by SUTTERHEALTH- the nation’s 10th largest health care system headquartered in Northern California.

The opportunity to present at a Convention that also featured the likes of Dr Victoria Maizes ( Founding Executive Director of the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine), various luminaries from the field of medicine , experts of integrative medicine and clinicians of alternative medicine was humbling, gratifying, flattering and exciting for me indeed.

I feel so delighted and elated to say that the Ayurveda session was highly appreciated with much curiosity, interest and enthusiasm by the medical community.

Ayurbliss Integrative Wellness Center hosted a Ayurveda Field Trip for UCSF Medicine and Pharmacy students.

The students got a wonderful Introduction to Ayurveda and did herb tasting. The also were able to observe a traditional Panchakarma treatment- Nasya.

We will introduce you to Traditional Ayurveda Therapies such as Abhyanga, Udvartana, Bashpa Sweda, Choorna Pinda Sweda, Patra Pinda sweda,
Shashtika Pinda Sweda, Shirodhara, Takradhara, Pichu and Kati Basti
These therapies are potent treatment modalities and remedies for various imbalances in the body.

This 2- day program will provide Ayurveda students of all levels the opportunity to learn these traditional treatment methodologies.
Students can attend class virtually or in person. Great class for all levels of learning, AC,AP and AD.

Many of you have been asking us about our potential offering of Yoga classes through Ayurbliss Integrative Wellness Center.
We are very excited to announce that we will now be offering Yoga classes virtually on Saturdays from 8 am to 9am.
We have an experienced pool of Yoga Teachers who are a great fit for our Integrative practice.
The plan is to start with a small group Yoga class incorporating the important elements of Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Dhyana (meditation) along with Asana(postures) practice.
Classes will start on July 9th.
To register for classes, you may sign up for our Flat Rate Packages.
One Month Package- $80 ( for up to 4 classes)
Three Month Package - $220 ( for up to 12 classes)
