The last three years have been the most challenging, fulfilling and freeing years of my life! Not only did I get to pursue my dream of owning my own business, but I also had the privilege of discovering my true passion and calling: coaching people to become healthier and stronger versions of theirselves so they can fulfill their true purpose in life! Unfortunately due to the pandemic and gyms being closed for 5 months now; I've decided not to renew my lease. I will rename this page Jammin Jeanne Health and Fitness and will continue to promote and inspire Health and Wellness through online and in person coaching. I will continue to offer 30-minute fitness classes Outdoors (although not this past week with the 100 degree weather) until it is safe to exercise indoors again. Hey Fit Family! 🙋
As businesses start to reopen, I want to keep our attention on healthy living. When it comes to exercising regularly, more often than not, we make excuses not to do it.

How do you turn something that you’ve dreaded into something that you actually enjoy?

You know how to make time for your favorite things. You know you want good health. You know you want to feel great. You know you want more energy.

I believe that exercise belongs on your list of favorite things. Here are some helpful points to make exercising one of your favorite activities!

1️⃣ Block the Negative: Your thoughts play a big part in determining your favorite things. Block out any negative thoughts you may have about exercise. Focus your energy on creating a positive attitude that will get you excited about working out, rather than dreading it.

2️⃣ Focus on the Benefits: With exercise you have so much to gain and nothing to lose. Exercise makes you stronger, sexier, happier, and gives you more energy. Pick the benefit that moves you the most and fixate on it.

3️⃣ Get Guidance: The easiest way to put exercise on your list of favorite things is to experience it at its best. Get onboard with one of my exercise programs and I’ll show you the most effective and enjoyable techniques that will get you into the best shape of your life.

To keep your spirits up during these stressful times, don't forget to get a dose of sunshine and nature everyday! A brisk walk or hike will check off 2 "To Do" items off your list and if you add hills, you can check off extra fat burning and b***y burning as well!! 😁💪👍👊👐👏
