Honest question: how many of you have Googled fillers... and then talked yourself out of it?
You're not alone — it's one of the most common things we hear at MedLounge. People come in after months (sometimes years) of research, still unsure what's real and what's marketing.
So let's clear a few things up:
Fillers aren't one-size-fits-all. There are different products for different goals — restoring volume, softening lines, enhancing lips or cheeks. Part of a good consult is figuring out what you actually need, not upselling what we have on hand.
"Overdone" is usually a technique problem, not a filler problem. The results that make people nervous online are almost always from too much product in the wrong places. Done well, filler should be hard to spot — people just say you look well-rested.
It's not permanent, and that's a feature. Most fillers last 6–18 months depending on the product and area. That means low commitment if you're trying it for the first time, and room to adjust as your face changes over time.
A consult doesn't mean a commitment. We're happy to talk through options, show before/afters, and answer the "will this look natural" question honestly — including telling you if we don't think you need it.
If you've been on the fence, drop a question below or send us a message. We'd rather you feel informed than talked into anything.
