Wellness Works

Wellness Works Wellness Works is a fitness center owned by Washington County Regional Medical Center. Wellness Works serves the Middle Georgia area.

We have treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, freeweights, and weight machines. Monday through Friday we offer a variety of aerobics, yoga, and strength classes. During the summer we also offer programs for students. Our Silver Sneakers program is designed for anyone age XX and up, and encourages good health for our aging clients. Our members are able to use our facility at their convenience with a member access card.
