Reflexology isn't a fix-all, and it isn't a replacement for medical care.

What it can do is support your body's natural healing processes and help relieve symptoms that may be making day-to-day life more difficult.

Over the years, I've had clients experience improvements with things like:

• Carpal tunnel discomfort
• Difficulty swallowing
• Poor sleep
• Stress and tension
• Digestive concerns
• Headaches
• Foot pain and neuropathy symptoms
• General aches and stiffness

Every person is different, and results will always vary. That's why I encourage my clients to work alongside their healthcare providers and continue seeking medical advice for any ongoing or concerning symptoms.

Reflexology is simply one tool that can complement your overall wellness journey, and for many people, it's made a meaningful difference.

My personal approach to wellness has always been about keeping things as simple and natural as possible.

That's why you'll find natural products throughout my office whenever I can use them.

I love knowing exactly what's in the products I recommend, and I appreciate ingredients that are gentle on the skin without a long list of unnecessary additives.

One of the newest additions is this Lavender & Hops Calm Balm, handcrafted locally from scratch with lavender, coconut oil, hops, beeswax, and lavender and frankincense essential oils.

This isn't something I use during your reflexology session, but if you're looking for a calming balm to keep at home, it's available to take with you after your appointment.

You can purchase them here: www.sandpointreflexology.com/product-page/lavender-hops-calm-balm

Or, if you'd like to see what's new the next time you stop by, I'd be happy to show you.

Adding hot stones to your reflexology session brings gentle warmth that encourages relaxation, supports healthy circulation, and helps your body settle into the treatment even more deeply.

It's a simple addition that many clients love, especially if they're dealing with tired, achy feet or carrying extra tension.

Your session finishes with pain relief cream and your choice of massage oil, leaving you feeling refreshed from the ground up.

If you've been curious about trying hot stone reflexology, I'd love to have you experience it for yourself.

Summer weekends have a way of filling up fast. Between gardening, road trips, family gatherings, and spending more time outdoors, it's easy to head into the new week feeling completely worn out.

One of the best things you can do is take care of your body before your schedule gets busy.

Reflexology can help encourage relaxation, support your nervous system, and leave you feeling refreshed so you can enjoy everything you have planned.

You don't have to wait until your next session to care for your body.

While the best results are often seen through consistent reflexology sessions over time, I also want my clients to have simple tools they can use between visits. My goal has never been for you to feel like wellness only happens in my office.

That's why I created this free 5-minute at-home reflexology guide. It's a simple routine you can come back to whenever you have a few quiet minutes.

It's important to remember that reflexology isn't a quick fix or a replacement for medical care.

It's one piece of a wellness routine that can support your body over time, especially when paired with consistent sessions and guidance from your healthcare provider.

If you'd like a copy of the guide, comment RESET below and I'll send it to you.

One of my favorite parts of what I do is helping people create moments of rest that don't end when they walk out the door.

While reflexology is the heart of my practice, I also love carrying a few thoughtfully made products that fit alongside that slower, more intentional way of caring for yourself.

This new Lavender & Hops Calm Balm is made locally from scratch with lavender, coconut oil, hops, beeswax, and lavender and frankincense essential oils. It's a simple blend created with quality ingredients, and it's now available here in the office.

If you'd like to take one home after your next appointment, just let me know before you leave.

Sometimes the smallest routines become the ones you look forward to most.

Can't make it into the office?

There are a lot of misconceptions about what reflexology is and who it's for.

The truth is, it's much more than a relaxing foot treatment, and it's not just for people dealing with pain or health concerns.

In this carousel, we're clearing up a few of the most common myths we hear in the clinic.

If you've been wondering whether reflexology might be a good fit for you, this is a great place to start.

Have a question we didn't answer?

Leave it in the comments, I’m always happy to help!

It seems like there's a product for everything these days.

When we're uncomfortable, it's easy to keep trying the next cream, the next supplement, or the next over-the-counter remedy, hoping this one will finally be the answer.

Sometimes they help. Sometimes they don't. Before long, we've accumulated a shelf full of products and we're still searching for relief.

Over the years, I've learned to slow down and ask better questions. What's causing the problem? Is there a more natural way to support my body? Am I giving my body what it needs to heal and function well?

That doesn't mean there's never a place for over-the-counter products. It just means I don't want them to be my only option.

Whether it's reflexology, herbs, nourishing skincare, or simple lifestyle changes, I've found that small, consistent choices often have a bigger impact than chasing the next quick fix.

Our bodies are wonderfully designed, and sometimes they just need the right support.

What natural remedy has become a staple in your home?
