We are quality over quantity! Come see why we've been voted the best in North Idaho 3x!

Intermountain Wellness is a wellness office that specializes in the Gonstead Chiropractic Technique and extremity adjustments. We pride ourselves on being the most thorough Chiropractic office in the PNW. We believe in quality over quanity and getting to the root cause of your problem. We've transferred our analytical and extremely thorough approach successfully to functional movement screenings with physical, postural, and sports rehabilitation. We are now bringing that same approach to our highly analytical blood labs and functional nutrition program! Our office also offers massage, partner stretching and neuropathy care.

💙🐾 **Community Supporting Community** 🐾💙

A huge THANK YOU to Dr. Cameron and Rylie at Intermountain Wellness and Chiropractic for their generous donation of $1,554 raised during their “Ayla Day” on September 22.

We’re so grateful they chose to honor their beloved “professional greeter” in such a meaningful way. 💙

Their donation will help care for local cats and dogs, carrying Ayla’s love forward and making a difference for other pets in our community. 🙏

🏆 6 YEARS IN A ROW! 🏆

We are incredibly honored to be voted Best Chiropractic Clinic in Bonner County for the 6th year in a row!

This recognition means so much because it comes from the people and community we have the privilege of serving since moving back to Sandpoint.

A HUGE thank you to our incredible team. This award is a reflection of the care, dedication, and heart you bring to our patients every single day. We truly couldn’t do it without you!

And to our patients, families, friends, and the entire Sandpoint community — thank you for trusting us, supporting us, and voting for us year after year. We are incredibly grateful to call this community home.

Its been an honor. Love our team. Love the community.

Thank you, Bonner County!

>Have you scheduled your stretch this week with Intermountain? 💪🏼

✨Every existing patients gets their 1st stretch for FREE. If you are an existing patient and have not used yours yet, get it scheduled today! 🤩

Just lay there and let our trained stretch therapists stretch your entire lower body!
Stretching is one of the simplest forms of self-care you can give your body and it pairs so well with specific chiropractic care. Regular assisted stretching can help reduce back pain, improve flexibility, increase circulation, relieve muscle tension, and help you move with greater ease throughout your day.
Don’t wait until you’re hurting to take care of yourself—invest in your health before pain slows you down. Your body works hard for you. Give it the care it deserves.

Before and after with one of our favorite Moms that we’ve had the honor of working on throughout her entire pregnancy! Our Intermountain pregnancy board is full of so many amazing moms about to have their babies soon and we can’t wait!

Did you know one of the best times to see a chiropractor is when you are pregnant?? 🙌🏼Chiropractic can help with musculoskeletal issues, fetus position, pain during delivery, and shorten labor time! We have seen many pregnant mothers in our office and they are some of the most rewarding patients to work with!
